Execute day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including precise invoice and payment processing, efficient vendor query resolution, and accurate AP account reconciliations. Manage supplier statements, process travel and expense claims, and resolve associated discrepancies. Support discrepancy resolution, month-end activities, and maintain meticulous records to ensure timely and accurate PTP operations while adhering to established policies and controls.

Possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay processes. Demonstrate a solid understanding of end-to-end PTP functions, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. A proven ability to solve problems effectively, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel are key attributes for success.
