The Business Consulting service line, including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting, aims to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational issues.

As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitor performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis. You'll lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.

Your role will involve identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, maintaining robust process documentation, and promoting a strong controls culture. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to improve productivity and customer experience. Partnering with technology and business teams, you'll support system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, legal, and technology will be crucial. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field is required. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
