Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans from business priorities, owning end-to-end delivery of finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and managing risks.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader during organizational transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning for future business needs.

To qualify, you should hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, a practical mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
