Execute day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, vendor query resolution, and AP account reconciliations.

Perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, validate transaction details, and resolve discrepancies.

Process vendor payment runs according to schedules and internal controls, and investigate supplier queries to provide effective solutions.

Manage travel and expense claims, including processing and resolving related discrepancies. Monitor aging documents to ensure timely completion.

Generate daily and monthly reports on recording and invoice completion, and assist with month-end closing activities. Prepare AP Trial Balance, perform reconciliations, and investigate variances.

Generate and distribute remittance advice to vendors, and maintain and archive invoices and supporting documents in compliance with retention policies.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, alongside 1-2 years of direct experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential. You should be adept at problem-solving and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, are critical for success in this position.
