This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, addressing industry convergence challenges and transforming businesses through agile strategies. Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans, managing end-to-end service delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role demands driving simplification, standardization, and automation while managing risks and controls.

You will also be responsible for transformation initiatives, partnering with technology and business teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader are crucial. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment. Planning staffing and capability development to meet business needs is also a core part of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
