This role is within our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Business Consulting practice, specifically focusing on CNS - BC - FINANCE in New Delhi. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence. EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term client value by solving complex strategic problems.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance, plan resources effectively, and lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A.

This role also involves ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards, maintaining process documentation, and identifying financial and operational risks. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partner with technology teams on implementations, and embed scalable ways of working. Effective stakeholder and change management, building trusted relationships with various departments, and acting as a change leader are crucial.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for people leadership, coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing and capability development, and creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
