This role is within our Project Consultant team, specializing in Business Consulting for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with a focus on Finance and Consulting services.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and managing team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are key.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Responsibilities include overseeing financial close processes, managing accounts payable and receivable operations, and supporting treasury functions. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation.

Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is essential. You will identify opportunities for improvement using data and process insights, collaborating with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology partners, and external auditors, is crucial for success. You will also act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team is a core aspect of this role. This includes planning staffing, hiring, onboarding, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement and retention.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
