- Develop and execute operational plans, setting clear service objectives and team goals. - Manage end-to-end delivery of finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timelines. - Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and report transparently to leadership. - Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. - Ensure robust process documentation, identify and mitigate financial risks, and promote a strong compliance culture. - Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and external partners. - Act as a change leader, guiding teams through organizational and technological transformations. - Coach and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team.
