This Project Consultant role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector focuses on Business Consulting, specifically within CNS (Client Network Services), BC (Business Consulting), and FINANCE.

We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform their operations, and achieve agile growth. Execute day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing within agreed timelines.

Resolve internal team requests (RFIs) and validate transaction details through two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.

Manage rejected invoices, process vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls, and investigate supplier queries to provide timely solutions.

Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times.

Generate end-of-day reports on recording and invoice completion, assist with month-end closing procedures, and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes of variances, including preparing AP Trial Balance reconciliations.

Generate and share remittance advice to vendors, and maintain/archive invoices and supporting documents per retention policies.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, complemented by 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP).

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible, results-oriented attitude.

Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills and proficiency in ERP platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
