Our Business Consulting practice specifically addresses reimagining business models, fostering growth, managing costs, and resolving operational complexities. You will contribute to critical areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations, supporting large-scale, multi-year programs.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are key. You will also lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partnering with technology teams and process owners, you will contribute to system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, acting as a change leader during transformations, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment are also integral to this role.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field is required. We are looking for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in a similar consulting or finance-focused role. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful solutions with agility, curiosity, and creativity. You should be adept at working collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this client-facing position.
