As an Analyst in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include: - Processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions accurately and on time. - Performing invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts. - Resolving vendor queries and investigating discrepancies. - Processing vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls. - Reconciling vendor statements and AP trial balances. - Assisting with month-end closing activities and reporting. - Ensuring compliance with policies, internal controls, and document retention policies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes. A Master of Commerce is also considered.

Essential skills include a solid understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, such as invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A flexible attitude, great interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel are crucial.
