As part of EY Consulting, you'll contribute to reimagining business purpose, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational issues through innovation and technology. You will leverage deep functional expertise to support large-scale programs and portfolios, focusing on areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass driving technical excellence in finance operations, including:

- Developing clear operating plans, managing capacity, and setting service objectives. - Ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, meeting quality and timeliness standards. - Monitoring performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. - Leading specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. - Overseeing financial controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. - Driving simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements within finance functions. - Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. - Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various business units, vendors, and auditors. - Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. - Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant consulting or finance role. - The ability to work collaboratively, navigate commercial and legal requirements, and deliver practical solutions to complex problems. - An agile, curious, and creative approach, with the capacity to maintain positive energy and adapt to changing environments.
