This role is within our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Business Consulting practice, focusing on Finance and Performance Improvement. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence, transforming operations, enhancing customer and employee experiences, and achieving strategic growth. Our approach emphasizes innovation, technology, and a client-centric focus to solve complex business challenges and drive long-term value.

Execute day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and performing reconciliations. You will manage travel and expense claims, support discrepancy resolution, and contribute to month-end closing activities.

Key duties involve processing PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other transactions efficiently. This includes performing two-way and three-way matching, validating transaction details, and investigating rejected invoices. You will also process vendor payment runs, monitor aging documents, and generate remittance advice.

Responsibilities extend to performing vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances, and preparing AP trial balance reports. Maintaining accurate records, archiving documents according to retention policies, and assisting with AP reporting are also integral to this role. The objective is to ensure timely, accurate PTP operations while adhering to all policies and internal controls.

We are seeking a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

Key skills include problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. A flexible attitude to achieve results and a collaborative approach to working across departments are highly valued.

Additional qualifications include a Master of Commerce and experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years). We look for individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, with a practical approach to delivering insightful solutions for complex problems.
