This Project Consultant role within our Business Consulting PI team in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) focuses on CNS - BC - FINANCE in New Delhi. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform business strategies, enhance customer experiences, and achieve operational excellence. EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, solving complex strategic problems for clients and delivering long-term value.

As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, overseeing end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. You will monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources effectively across business cycles. Responsibilities include leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensuring processes comply with policies and regulations, and managing financial and operational risks. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology and business teams on transformation initiatives. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader are also key. People leadership involves coaching, developing high-performing teams, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

To qualify, you must possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
