As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. Your responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels and quality are met. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing critical functions and driving process improvements. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with policies and standards, manage financial and operational risks, and support audits. A key part of your role involves driving simplification, standardization, and automation, and partnering with technology teams for continuous improvement.

You will also act as a change leader, building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Facilitating governance reviews, resolving escalations, and communicating trade-offs clearly are essential. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and growth.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain.
