This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS - BC - FINANCE divisions, focusing on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into operational plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes. You will lead finance domains like RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management is crucial. Furthermore, you will drive transformation, operational excellence, and simplification across portfolios, leveraging data and process insights. Effective stakeholder and change management, building trusted relationships, and acting as a change leader are essential. People leadership involves coaching and developing high-performing teams, planning staffing, and creating an inclusive environment.

To qualify, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain, with 2-5 years of experience.
