Key responsibilities include developing business plans, managing end-to-end service delivery, and monitoring operational performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Collaborate with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and act as a change leader during organizational transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in finance consulting or a related business function.
