Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, provide transparent updates, and plan resources effectively. Additionally, you will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Transformation and operational excellence are crucial, involving simplification, standardization, and automation. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to create an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions in a collaborative environment.
