This role is for a Project Consultant within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specializing in Business Consulting (BC) and Finance, based in New Delhi.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Effective resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is crucial.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. This involves overseeing processes, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management in alignment with company policies and accounting standards. Maintaining process documentation and identifying financial risks are essential.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is key. Building trusted stakeholder relationships, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations are vital. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team is also a core aspect of the role.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
