Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, or FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is crucial, as is partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Effectively build trusted relationships with various stakeholders including business finance, operations, technology, banks, and auditors. Facilitate governance reviews, resolve escalations, and communicate trade-offs clearly. You will also act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team is essential, alongside planning staffing and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively across departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, and a mindset that is agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative are highly valued.
