This role is for a Project Consultant within EY's Business Consulting practice, specializing in Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) and focusing on Finance. The position is based in New Delhi.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, ensuring clear operating plans and team goals are set. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates. Leadership in finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A is expected.

This role involves managing controls, compliance, and risk, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. You will also drive transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. Effective stakeholder and change management, building trusted relationships with various business units, and leading teams with a focus on coaching and development are crucial.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
