As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes within agreed service levels. This includes monitoring performance through KPIs, leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation, identifying opportunities for improvement and partnering with technology teams on system implementations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a change leader, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team are also key aspects of this role. Cultivating an inclusive and collaborative environment is paramount.

To excel in this role, a Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance or a related field is required, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity.
