This role is for a Project Consultant within the TMT Business Consulting PI division, focusing on Finance.

TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) organizations face evolving landscapes and competitive pressures. You will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring service delivery meets agreed quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This includes managing end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, monitoring performance through KPIs, and providing transparent updates to leadership. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, partnering with technology and business teams on transformation initiatives. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader are crucial.

You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, planning for staffing, hiring, and capability development. Creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that fosters engagement and retention is key to this role. You will manage controls, compliance, and risk, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions. This involves promoting a strong controls culture while balancing governance with efficient business outcomes. Driving transformation and operational excellence through data-driven insights to improve customer experience and remove non-value-added activities is also a core responsibility.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
