Within Business Consulting, the Finance Consulting sub-service line helps clients assess and transform their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness. We support service and cost improvement initiatives, embedding performance management processes and culture. This role also involves Business Transformation and Supply Chain & Operations support, offering a blend of strategic, operational, and financial insights.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Effective resource planning across business cycles is essential.

You will lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This involves overseeing relevant processes, ensuring controls, compliance, and risk management adherence. Additionally, you'll drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement.

Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners is crucial. You will facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, and act as a change leader during transformations. People leadership involves coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
