This role is within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically within the CNS, BC, and FINANCE service lines. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence while building a sustainable future.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting TMT clients through complex transformations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, resolving vendor queries, performing reconciliations, and managing travel and expense claims.

You will be responsible for accurate invoice processing, including PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other related transactions. This includes ensuring correct GL account and cost-centre assignments. A crucial part of the role involves performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to validate transaction details.

Additional duties encompass processing vendor payment runs according to schedules and internal controls, investigating and resolving supplier queries, and processing/reconciling travel and expense claims. You will also monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times, generate daily/monthly reports, and assist with month-end closing activities. Vendor statement reconciliations, generating remittance advice, and maintaining invoice archives are also key functions.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also an acceptable qualification.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Essential attributes include proven problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel is required for this role.
