This Project Consultant role within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice in New Delhi focuses on navigating the dynamic landscape of industry convergence. We assist TMT organizations in evolving and transforming amidst challenges in competitiveness and agile strategy.

Our Business Consulting team drives transformation through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on client-centric solutions for long-term value. We address strategic problems by reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges.

Convert business priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and service objectives. Own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across portfolios. Build strong relationships with business finance, operations, procurement, and technology teams. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of experience.

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
