As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting, you'll play a key role in transforming businesses within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as contributing to Finance Consulting and Business Transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic and operational challenges. Your primary responsibilities will encompass ensuring technical excellence in finance operations, including overseeing Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domains. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, meeting service level agreements, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key duties include developing business plans, managing capacity, and setting team goals. You will monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Furthermore, you will lead finance domains, maintain robust process documentation, identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

A significant aspect of this role involves driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Effectively managing stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are crucial. You will also focus on people leadership, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To be successful in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field is required. You should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance consulting or a similar business consulting capacity.
