As a Project Consultant, you will drive business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. You will ensure end-to-end delivery for finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates. Responsibilities include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. You will also focus on controls, compliance, and risk management, maintaining robust process documentation and identifying potential risks. Furthermore, you'll drive transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology and business teams. Effective stakeholder and change management, coupled with people leadership, coaching, and development, are key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain is required, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively, offering practical solutions to complex problems.
