As a Project Consultant within EY's Business Consulting practice, you will focus on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, driving transformation and delivering value for clients. Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met.

Lead specific finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while managing financial and operational risks.

Promote simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across finance operations.

Build strong relationships with business finance, operations, technology teams, and external stakeholders.

Act as a change leader, supporting organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning for talent development and succession.

A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting or a related field.

Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrate a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements is essential.
