As a Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence in finance operations and business consulting. Your key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans from business priorities, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with high quality and timeliness, and monitoring performance through KPIs.

You will lead specific finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This involves overseeing critical functions, ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will champion transformation and operational excellence by driving simplification, standardization, and automation. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including business finance, technology teams, banks, and vendors, is crucial. You will also act as a change leader and people leader, coaching and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
