As part of EY Consulting, you'll transform businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on client-centric solutions. The Business Consulting service line, including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting, addresses strategic challenges. Our Finance Consulting arm helps clients optimize their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvements, and embedding performance management. Business Transformation focuses on large-scale, multi-year programs, while Supply Chain and Operations provides strategic and operational insights for enhanced performance.

Your core responsibilities will include developing clear operating plans from business priorities and owning end-to-end delivery of finance processes to meet service level agreements. You'll monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure transparent updates to leadership. Effective resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is crucial.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This involves overseeing processes like month-end close, accounts payable/receivable, cash application, treasury operations, and financial planning & analysis. Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is key.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations, and communicate trade-offs effectively. You will also act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Additionally, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

We are looking for individuals with a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
