This role focuses on transforming the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors, navigating industry convergence and its inherent challenges. You will help TMT organizations create exceptional employee and customer experiences, enhance operational excellence, and pursue M&A strategies for sustainable growth. Additionally, you'll contribute to EY Consulting's mission of transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on client-centric solutions that drive long-term value.

Drive technical excellence by converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals. Own end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain robust process documentation and knowledge repositories, while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.

Spearhead simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across your portfolio. Utilize data and process insights to remove non-value-added activities and enhance customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong, trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders including business finance, operations, procurement, sales, tax, legal, technology, banks, vendors, customers, and auditors. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and performance expectations. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement and internal mobility.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance or a related domain, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
