This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on PI (Performance Improvement) and CNS (Client Network Services) within the Finance domain. We address the evolving challenges and opportunities in the TMT sector, helping organizations achieve operational excellence, drive growth, and lead the technology revolution.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and timeliness, and will monitor performance through key metrics.

Your role involves leading finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will also be responsible for ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and managing financial and operational risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience, collaborating with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, and technology teams, will be crucial. You will also act as a change leader and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or related fields, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess a practical, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver insightful solutions.

Essential attributes include agility, curiosity, and the capacity to maintain positive energy while adapting creatively to new challenges. The ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, is also vital. Experience in areas like Financial Analysis, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, and Team Leadership is highly valued.
