This role as a Project Consultant within Business Consulting focuses on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, specifically in areas of Performance Improvement, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, transform their operations, and achieve agile growth strategies in a rapidly evolving landscape.

As a Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence by converting business priorities into clear operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance through KPIs, leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, FP&A), and ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will also be instrumental in transformation and operational excellence, driving simplification, standardization, and automation. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments and acting as a change leader during transformations are key. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and growth.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
