As part of EY Consulting, you will engage with clients to solve their most strategic and complex challenges. We focus on driving long-term value through a client-centric approach, leveraging people, technology, and innovation. This position is within the Business Consulting practice, specifically supporting Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations initiatives.

Drive technical excellence in finance process delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. Ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, meeting service level agreements for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and providing transparent updates to leadership. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, maintaining robust process documentation. Champion simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and external partners. Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, demonstrating a practical, agile, and creative approach to solving complex problems. You should be adaptable, curious, and able to maintain positive energy while delivering insightful solutions.
