As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, capacity requirements, and team objectives. You will ensure end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, adhering to service levels, quality, and timeliness standards. Monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are key aspects of this role.

Your responsibilities will also include leading specific finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio will be crucial for operational excellence. Furthermore, you will foster strong stakeholder relationships, manage change effectively during transformations, and lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience in consulting or finance roles.
