This Project Consultant role within Business Consulting focuses on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) and CNS - BC - FINANCE sectors. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and create exceptional employee and customer experiences. EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on solving our clients' most strategic and complex problems.

Drive operational excellence by translating business priorities into actionable plans, capacity requirements, and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor performance using key KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Lead finance domains like RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management.

Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity. Leverage data and process insights to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment, leading and developing a high-performing team.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field, complemented by 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative approach, a practical mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful, actionable solutions.
