As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will own the end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance through KPIs, leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, FP&A), and ensuring processes align with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, while fostering a strong culture of controls and compliance. Effective stakeholder and change management are crucial, as is leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

We are looking for candidates with a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and adaptable solutions. Agility, curiosity, and a positive, creative mindset are highly valued.
