This role is for a Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, specializing in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, focusing on Consulting Services (CNS) and Finance.

As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing capacity, and setting service objectives. You will ensure end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, meeting agreed-upon service levels, quality standards, and timelines. Monitoring operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are crucial.

You will lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial and operational risks are key.

Driving simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across your portfolio is essential. You will partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with various business functions, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations are vital.

Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and career development.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
