This Project Consultant role within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice in New Delhi is an exciting opportunity. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, address competitiveness challenges, and develop agile strategies for growth. Our focus includes enhancing employee and customer experiences, ensuring operational excellence, protecting data and brand reputation, and enabling value-creating M&A strategies.

EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on long-term client value. Our Business Consulting arm addresses strategic problems, business model transformation, growth initiatives, cost management, and operational challenges. This includes deep expertise in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations management.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into actionable operating plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery with agreed service levels. You will monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Effective resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is essential.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing relevant processes, controls, and reporting. Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks is critical. Maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial and operational risks are also key duties.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation for productivity improvements. Partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is expected. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and acting as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations are vital. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or a related field. We require 2-5 years of professional experience.
