As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing service delivery, and ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness. You'll lead one or more finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing critical processes and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, and supporting audits. You will also champion simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a change leader during transformations, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and support are essential aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
