Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives and team goals. Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service level agreements, quality, and timeliness are met. Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators, conduct root-cause analysis, and present transparent updates to leadership. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Manage stakeholder relationships across various departments, including finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Foster a strong controls and compliance culture while balancing governance with efficient business outcomes. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. Bring 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, or business operations. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
