Our expertise spans Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain & Operations, addressing challenges related to business models, growth, cost efficiency, regulatory responses, and operational hurdles.

In this role, you will ensure technical excellence in Business Planning & Service Delivery by converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Resource planning across business cycles and transformation initiatives is key.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This includes overseeing processes like close, general ledger, reconciliations, invoice processing, collections, cash application, and financial planning. Ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is critical, alongside maintaining robust process documentation and managing financial and operational risks.

Drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders across various departments, build trusted relationships, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader during organizational transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
