As a Project Consultant in TMT, you will help organizations navigate complex market dynamics, create compelling customer experiences, and achieve operational excellence. The role offers a stimulating environment with opportunities for growth and development within a global leader.

Process invoices, credit notes, and other transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts. Resolve discrepancies and process vendor payments according to schedules and controls. Investigate and resolve supplier queries, ensuring timely issue resolution. Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, identifying and addressing any variances. Monitor aging documents and take appropriate actions to meet turnaround times (TAT). Generate daily and monthly reports on recording and invoice completion, assisting with month-end closing activities. Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes. Prepare AP Trial Balance, conduct reconciliations, and investigate variances. Generate and distribute remittance advice to vendors, maintaining accurate records as per policies.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) also being a strong consideration.

Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exhibit a flexible attitude to achieve results, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and reporting capabilities are essential for this role.

While 1-2 years of PTP experience is the minimum, candidates with up to 3 years of experience, particularly in Financial Analysis, will be favorably considered.
