Our Business Consulting service line works with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational issues. This includes deep expertise in transformation architecture, business design, finance, supply chain, and operations management. We are seeking passionate individuals to contribute to our Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations initiatives.

As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates to leadership are key. You will also lead one or more finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) and ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is essential. Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is a core responsibility. You will build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, act as a change leader during transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with a collaborative approach, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions. Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy while being adaptable and creative are highly valued. This role requires individuals who can work effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A strong understanding of financial processes and a proactive approach to driving operational excellence and transformation are essential.
