This role is for a Project Consultant within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, focusing on Business Consulting, specifically in CNS (Cybersecurity, Networks, and Services) and Finance. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, enhance competitiveness, and develop agile strategies for growth. Our services include creating compelling customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, protecting data, and enabling value-driven M&A strategies.

As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, identify and mitigate financial risks, and support internal and external audits. You will also partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing and capability development, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment. You will build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, facilitate governance reviews, resolve escalations, and act as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
