This Project Consultant role within our Business Consulting PI, TMT, CNS, BC, FINANCE division in New Delhi offers an exciting opportunity to drive transformation in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and achieve enterprise-wide operational excellence. As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in translating business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness are met. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and planning resources effectively across business cycles. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partner with technology teams for system implementations, and foster a strong controls and compliance culture.

You will also build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external auditors. Acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations is key. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and capability development.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, along with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
