Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, service objectives, and team goals. Own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes comply with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Partner on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with finance, operations, procurement, technology, and other stakeholders. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

Hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. Possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful solutions.
