As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Key duties include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. You will also ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and managing risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader during transformations are also crucial aspects of this role. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of professional experience.
