Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives and team goals.

Ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, meeting service levels, quality, and timeliness standards.

Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and report transparently to leadership.

Effectively plan resources to manage business cycles, peaks, and transformation initiatives.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring process integrity and compliance.

Implement controls, manage risks, and ensure adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Collaborate with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including finance, operations, procurement, sales, and technology.

Act as a change leader, guiding teams through organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is necessary.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Possess a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
